Melon and ham. I adore that combination. The sweetness of the melon and the saltiness of the ham – what could be better? Well, how about some cucumber. Just for a change.

This is pretty darn easy.. from a typing instructions point of view. But what a hassle!

I basically cut up the melon into chunks. (Easy.)

Separated the ham into strips. (Relatively easy.)

Using a vegetable peeler, peeled the cucumber then sliced really thin long strips of cucumber. They were almost transparent. (Pain in the arse.)

Assemble.
