Yay! But it also meant on Monday I realized that I needed to cook with what I could find in the fridge&#8230; which was all approaching the Best Before date. This inspired me to create something. Because we all know what a fan of meat and fruit I am&#8230; and a fan of meatballs. But these are different! These are muffins! Totally different.<\/p>\n<p>They are super simple as well, which means you can put them together in no time and have them ready throughout the week for snacks.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, if you wanted to make &#8217;em into meatballs&#8230; you could. Or even a meatloaf.
