Luckily, I forget about stuffing the rest of the year. However, it&#8217;s a must for Christmas.&nbsp;Traditionally, stuffing includes bread, but I&#8217;ve managed to create a paleo version using cauliflower. (Cauliflower is great for everything!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So this is my version of a &#8216;you almost can&#8217;t tell the difference&#8217; stuffing.
