I’m a british\/dutch\/american chick who lives in Spain. It’s complicated. I absolutely, no questions asked, LOVE my food much to my detriment. I have been eating ‘low carb’ for near on 12 years now and feel much healthier for it. Recently I discovered the whole Paleo\/Primal thing which appeals to me but I still give a wide berth to carbs in general. I can’t help it!
